In Sydney’s inner west Transit Systems operate a contract to deliver “on demand” bus public transport that seamlessly integrates with traditional fixed route bus services. This integrated contract disrupts the traditional transport model with emerging public transport solutions that tailor public transport to our customer’s travel patterns.

Transit Systems has contracts to operate bus services with emerging electric and hydrogen vehicle technologies. It proactively researches, and invests in the latest technological developments to ensure the best fit for each network requirement. The business operated (2013-2020) the only hydrogen powered bus fleet in London, has introduced a small trial fleet of electric buses into Sydney’s inner west bus network and more recently joined with strategic partners to establish the H2OzBus Project.
